•Drafts creative briefs •Participates in creative briefing and review of advertising concepts •Prepares timing plans and ensures team’s project delivery to timing •Develops and distributes Project Books for each production job •Writes daily production updates and distributes to the client and agency team •Manages the approval process (agreed presence of key clients at different stages of the creative and production process)

•Ensures client sign off on every stage of production •Manages financial control of creative projects •Runs regular internal and external status, review and presentation meetings •Leads Agency and Brand Team in consumer understanding – collects and distributes agency, client, and third party research/news
