1、与客户保持良好的日常沟通，主动及时反馈项目进展； 2、及时准确传达客户需求,密切跟踪客户的反馈和意见，快速的解决问题； 3、良好的沟通技巧和执行能力带领小团队服务好客户； 4、参与项目的讨论，提出建设性建议。 Job description: 1、Maintain quality communication with clients regularly and proactively provide feedback on the progress of projects; 2、Punctually and accurately communicate client needs, closely follow up on clients’ feedback, and timely problem solving; 3、Good communication and execution skills to lead a small team and provide service to clients; 4、Involve in discussion of projects and provide constructive feedback.

1、拥有2-3年的数字营销、社交媒体、或公关关系的相关工作经验； 2、具备较强的文案撰写能力； 3、良好的口头和文字沟通能力，项目协调、把控能力，能有效控制项目预算、进度及质量； 4、良好的客户服务意识，高度的敬业精神与工作激情，具有较强的执行力和责任感。 Requirements: 1、2-3 years of digital marketing, social media, or PR related work experience; 2、Strong copywriting skills; 3、Good verbal and written communication skills, project coordinating skills, and the ability to coordinate project budget, progress, and quality; 4、Good understanding of providing service to clients, has dedication and passion, strong execution skills, and responsibility.
