• Knows how to use and interpret market research of all forms; can synthesize information from different sources to help structure marketing problems, and identify opportunities. • Having technical market research skills is an advantage. • Must demonstrate a strong track record of mining for insights that provide a fresh perspective on consumers and brands. • Must have strong writing skills – including a strong command of the English language (both oral and written) • Must also possess strong presentation skills; can present in a manner that can powerfully sell agency’s thinking/ideas • Collaborative, can work well within a team • Must be a strong communicator – both with the written and spoken word; is persuasive but not dogmatic.
