THE PERSON – COMPETENCIES
•Bachelor’s degree and above.
•More than 2 years proven experience in planning department of media agency (4A agency is preferred).
•Good at English & Chinese speaking, reading & writing.
•Good Presentation skills (written and oral).
CRITICAL SKILLS
•Assist in producing media plan and generating various reports - competitive, on-air, post buy, etc.
•Able to conduct analysis on data - audience analysis, competitive review, etc.
•Spot plan creation with 100% accuracy.
•Support manager in writing media recommendation.
•Support manager in writing competitive review.
•Manage MR and material submission process.
•Liaise with functional teams and media partners on media opportunities and campaign implementation details independently.
•Manage simple projects with some supervision.
•Participate in at least one initiative outside of regular client work (e.g., pitch, platform expert committee, etc.).
•Responsible for mentoring and training direct reports.
