1. Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
2. Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
3. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
4. Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
5. Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

6. Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
7. Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in Chinese and English)
9. Organizational skills and good attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
1. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
2. Have experience in an agency
3. Experience with Chinese social media (RED/Douyin/Weibo/WeChat)
