任职要求
1. Develop strategies around current trends and engagement tactics uncovering deep organizational, media and audience insights.
2. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from available sources to provide strategic implications and creative inspiration. Conduct and support primary and secondary research.
3. Work closely with account teams to understand business challenges and identify strategic marketing needs.
4. Assist Senior Planning Director in client meetings and workshops and capture any insights gained. Partner up with the Creative team and shape effective creative work.
5. Develop focused, insightful and inspiring briefs and content. Able to translate strategic insights into compelling ideas that deliver results.
6. Scour culture for new uses of tech, data and design to weave innovative thinking into strategic work.
7. Assist in-depth business reporting and comprehensive advertising/marketing analyses.
8. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders concurrently and effectively.
