Client Service and Project related
- Establish requirements of brief and work with AAD/AD to develop creative brief
- Effectively delegate specific tasks based on Brief requirements.
-Assist in the co-ordination, writing and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. creative, production, third party specialists etc.
-Achieve worthwhile output from brainstorms.
-Co-ordinate creative and project management aspects of Agency’s response to client brief.
-Evaluate the response in terms of quality and likely revenue.
-Assist in presenting/selling the response.
-Obtain feedback from Client.
-Project implementation and monitor progress against plan
-Prepare weekly WIP reports as required and other documents/materials for internal and external meetings.
-Produce accurate contact reports following any contact with client – give Clients contact reports within 24 hours of meetings.
-Provide Client and Team with feedback on project on a daily/”need-to-know” basis.
-Provide updates to budgets and help Managers ensure timing plans are fully up to date.
-Develop a thorough understanding of each process involved in a project and execute actions required when they arise.
-Ensure that all materials get to markets on time and in the most cost efficient way.
Non-Project Specific
- Manage client relationship on a day-to-day basis.
- Make relevant contribution in areas where you are non-revenue accountable – Brainstorms, Team Meetings, and maintaining the Agency’s image and personality.
- Be a leading star in the use and contribution to the Truffles knowledge database
Client Relationship
Ensure provision of client services are of a quality consistent with Agency standards, as judged by AD/BD.
- Become the focal point of client contact as judged by the client.
- Maintain a close and effective client relationship

Creative
- Main contact for Creative team
- Ensure creative team’s motivation and working processes.
People Management
- Set up a development programme to enable an account executive to reach minimum job standards within agreed period.
- Ensure all subordinates complete company induction programme.
- Motivate, develop and appraise staff in conjunction with AD/BD.
Communication/Presentation
- To be able to clearly, comprehensively and logically present from concepts to costings.
- Demonstrate ability to brief, inform and motivate subordinates, as judged by AD.

- Education/ Experience: BA from an accredited school;
- 3 years of account management and/or management level marketing, preferably with a combination of marketing, branding, business process, and FMCG industry exposure.
- Understanding of business and industry, identifying issues, providing sound marketing direction and solutions
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve success in account growth and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management.
- Strong aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong account management, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record executing complex projects
- Must have a passion for the creative development process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers and clients.
- Ability to manage several projects at once and with keen attention to details and process
