Digital Senior Account Executive（数字营销-高级客户主任）

Key Clients: FMCG/Tech/Beauty 客户领域：快消/科技/美妆 A Senior Account Executive at RFI Studio will have 2-3 years’ experience in the communications consulting industry and be skilled in social media communications. A key contributor, supporting the Digital Team in planning and implementation. You have a good eye for detail, are organized in projects and are mindful of timelines. You work well as part of a growing team (that brings multi-disciplinary communications touchpoints in the process) and are a keen learner. 罗德互动的高级客户主任将在营销行业拥有2-3 年的工作经验，并精通社交媒体传播。作为关键贡献者，将支持数字营销团队的规划和实施。同时需要你对细节有敏锐的洞察，项目规划能力强并注意时间表。你将与快速发展中的团队一起成长，并且是个敏锐的学习者。 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES  Managing a client portfolio consists of clients on a day-to-day basis, responsible for all-round communication/social planning, campaign executions, optimizing and implementation for assigned accounts to meet even exceed clients’ communication objectives.  Tactical project coordination and daily operations of digital platforms to help facilitate on-time delivery.  Keep up to date on changing digital landscape as it pertains to client digital activities.  Building and maintaining good relationships with relevant media/KOLs, to explore exposure opportunities for clients.  Leading media/communication proposal development, with support from respective internal team and the supervisor.  Providing support in new business pitches. 岗位职责：  独立管理客户，负责日常客户对接，制定新媒体营销方案，统筹项目并有效落实，确保实现并超出客户品牌营销传播的目标；  负责新媒体平台的项目协调和日常运营，按时并高效交付；  学习并了解与客户数字营销有关的不断迭代的市场环境；  与相关媒体/KOL建立并保持良好关系，为客户探索更多合作机会；  协助团队，领导并推动媒体/传播计划的制定；  为新业务提供支持。

REQUIRED SKILLS  At least two years of digital communications or social media experience in communication agency.  Strong media/KOL relations and social content development capability;  Practical experience in leading/managing project timeline and budget to ensure quality delivery independently with minimum supervision;  Great communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English, enjoying working with internal/external team;  Passionate and has can-do attitude. 岗位要求：  至少2年在乙方公司/agency的新媒体/数字传播经验；  具备扎实的媒体/KOL关系以及社交媒体内容产出能力；  具有管理项目时间和预算的实践经验，能独立交付质量；  良好的沟通和人际交往能力，良好的英语水平，擅于团队合作；  充满热情并有进取心。
