A Consultant at Ruder Finn will have a minimum of four years’ experience in the public relations industry and will be expected to provide strategic counsel and oversight on a portfolio of clients. In addition to being a client leader, a Consultant is expected to provide on-the-job training for team members through ongoing counsel and effective delegation. Reporting into a Director, a Consultant plays the role of team representative to both clients and senior management and is ultimately responsible for delivering quality client programs on time and within budget. A Consultant is also expected to play an active role in new business development with a key focus on growing existing accounts. 罗德传播集团的顾问需要拥有至少四年的公关行业经验,并能为团队中一系列客户提供战略咨询。除了担任客户负责人外,他/她还应在得到允许和培训的前提下为团队成员提供在职培训。客户顾问向客户总监汇报,是客户和高级管理层的团队代表的角色,并最终负责在预算范围内按时交付高质量的项目成果。顾问在重点关注现有客户增长的前提下,也有望在新业务开拓中发挥积极作用。 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Client Service  Partner with clients and other consultancies (i.e. design and interactive agencies) to develop comprehensive, strategic and integrated communications programs that complement the client’s business objectives and deliver results;  Oversee quality implementation for a group of accounts, keeping programs on time and within budget;  May be required to take be involved in issues and crisis management with the support of senior management;  Stay abreast of industry trends and take an active interest in the client’s business to pre-empt issues and provide strategic counsel to clients. Media Relation Communications  Maintain a steady and positive client presence in traditional and social media;  Oversee press events and take part in media trainings, including drafting scenarios and Q&A. Team Leadership  Act as a coach and mentor to junior team members to deliver quality execution of client programs;  Take an active interest in staff development and provide on the job training to team members on day-to-day account management. Business Development  Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Present recommendations internally and follow through in presentation of new recommendations to clients;  Participate in new business brainstorms and drafting new business proposals;  Take part in new business pitches and presentations to new business prospects. 【工作内容】 客户服务 1. 负责客户的日常企业传播活动,包括不限于企业战略信息梳理及传播框架搭建,配合客户战略发布、业绩发布路演、新产品发布等关键节点,进行公关文稿撰写、媒体沟通与关系维护、专访协调及文稿撰写,线上线下活动策划与执行; 2. 能够针对客户的企业战略、创新产品的公关传播制定具有全方位战略性的传播策略,充分完成客户的业务目标并交付成果; 3. 具
任职要求
