Consultant - Corp Team

Over 4 years agency or related professional experience, proficient in healthcare industry services, corporate communication experience is a plus  Bachelor’s degree or above  Strong strategic thinking, planning and writing ability  Strong oral, writing and editing skills in both Chinese and English  Maturity and judgment skills necessary for client contact  Strong media relations and skillset on healthcare industry communications  Understands principles of public relations and healthcare industry  Some supervisory experience – managing programs and personnel  Ability to manage client budgets and deadlines

 Partner with clients and other consultancies (i.e. design and interactive agencies) to develop comprehensive, strategic and integrated communications programs.  Act as a client leader and maintain a clear and consistent communication channel between the client and the account team.  Oversee quality implementation for a group of accounts, keeping programs on time and within budget.  Manage client meetings and account reviews to foster a strong and supportive relationship with clients.  Review all written documents and develop materials on complex issues (e.g. Q&A, key messages, speeches, holding statements etc).  May be required to take be involved in issues and crisis management with the support of senior management.  Stay abreast of industry trends and take an active interest in the client’s business to pre-empt issues and provide strategic counsel to clients.  Oversee press events and take part in SP training, including drafting scenarios and QAs.  Expand network of journalists and influencer networks, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of journalists/ influencers' interest and work preference, especially in healthcare industry.  Research and prepare new business proposals for new and existing clients and participates in pitches and presentations.  Responsible for the daily supervision and guidance of SAEs, AEs, AAEs and Interns., working with other team members to ensure delivery of quality execution of client programs with quality implementation.
