ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Some Hard Skills We Expect from You: • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in communications, marketing, advertising or business management is preferred. • Relevant experiences in PR, e-PR, social, digital or Marketing department, agency or in-house is preferred. Experiences in XXXXXX industry is a plus. • Consistently meets deadlines and attentive to details and quality. • Excellent writing skills in Chinese. • Good speaking & writing skills in English. • Solid knowledge and skills in all Microsoft Office program.

The Responsibilities You Will Take Including but not Limited to: • Support and execute daily work to a high standard that includes daily management of clients’ social media accounts, PR and social media content development, events’ support, operational logistics, influencer marketing, etc. • Build up and maintain a strong network of media and KOLs; pitch good coverage for our clients. • Develop high-quality written materials as required in the agency business (e.g. emails, meeting minutes, press releases, feature, task list, briefing book, etc.) as directed. • Support market research in English / Chinese for brands. • Work on a mix of retainer clients and projects. • Proactively offer solutions to operational issues. • Play a role in supporting new business development.
