Develop a partnership mentality with clients to build trust and long term relationships Inspire confidence through design knowledge, expertise and relevant provocation to clients, in line with the brand Lead the team through evaluating and editing creative work Responsibility for the creative direction of a number of brands Encourage collaborative ways of working and cross department communication Lead the allocation of appropriate resource within the team Identify development areas and skills gaps for the team and support them with training and coaching Identify creative opportunities for business growth

Experience 10 years+ in a top branding, design or creative business Ability to execute brand ideas across multiple touch points Experience in leading one or more designers Confident communication skills in presentations and conversations with senior clients and internal teams Fluency in Mandarin and English
