Role角色 Externally: To develop trust and confidence within client relationships, through creative thinking, pro-active solution delivery, and outstanding communication 对外:通过创意思维、积极解决态度及出色的沟通技巧,在客户关系中建立信任和信心 Internally: Collaborates with internal teams in order to get to the best creative output, while ensuring all projects are run efficiently and within budget. 对内:跟内部团队紧密合作,集合合适人员组成项目团队,以达到最佳创意效果,并确保所有项目有效地并在预算范围里运行 Reports to: Associate Account Director 汇报:副客户总监 Responsibilities责任 Client Relationships 客户关系 • Anticipates client needs and pro-actively delivers solutions, always aiming to exceed expectations 预测客户需求,并积极提供解决方案,时刻力求超越既有期望 • Builds confidence and trust within the client base in order to grow client advocacy 建立客户群的信心及信任,以增强客户拥护度 • Manages client expectation through ongoing dialogue to avoid surprises 通过持续的沟通来管理客户的期望值,有效地防止意外情况 • Understands client expectations and can interpret feedback and behaviors to get to the heart of what’s really going on 理解客户的期望,并能解读客户的反馈和行为,从而了解事情的真正核心 • Builds client partnerships up to the Senior Brand Manager level and their equivalents 与客户的高级品牌经理等级别,建立良好的合作伙伴关系 Creativity 创造力 • Can express the role of creativity to the client to allow time for the Design team to get to the best creative solution 有效向客户表达创意的角色,让设计团队有充裕时间产出最佳创意解决方案。 • Constantly pushes for outstanding collaboration between departments to get to bigger, better work 不断推进部门之间的优秀合作,实现更优质的作品 • Thinks creatively about clients’ issues and the delivery of solutions 有创意地思考客户的问题及执行解决方案 。 • Crafts concise, compelling insight based creative briefs 从洞察出发,撰写精炼、具启发性的创意简报 • Can spot, nurture and develop a great creative idea and articulate why it is right for the brand 能发掘、培育和发展超水准的创意,并能清晰地表达它对品牌有利的关键原因 Creative Delivery 创意交付 • Actively works with clients to improve their understanding of the jkr creative process, negotiating sufficient time, budget and information for jkr to deliver it’s best work 积极与客户合作,提高其对jkr创意过程的理解,争取足够时间、预算及信息以产出最佳作品 • Proactively looks for ways to drive efficiency through the jkr process 透过jkr的处事方式,积极地寻找更有效驱动效率的方法 Commercial Acumen 商业敏锐度 • Responsible for accurate client forecasting 负责准确预测客户动向 • Responsible for thorough attention to detail on financial administration of projects 负责对项目财务管理的全面细节关注 • Understands the commercial objective of the client 理解客户的业务目标 • Understands the role of procurement 了解采购的角色 • Understands what can be negotiated and feels confident to handle negotiations as appr
