Externally: To develop trust and confidence within client relationships, through creative thinking, pro-active solution delivery, and outstanding communication
对外:通过创意思维、积极解决态度及出色的沟通技巧,在客户关系中建立信任和信心
Internally: Collaborates with internal teams in order to get to the best creative output, while ensuring all projects are run efficiently and within budget.
对内:跟内部团队紧密合作,集合合适人员组成项目团队,以达到最佳创意效果,并确保所有项目有效地并在预算范围里运行

• Anticipates client needs and pro-actively delivers solutions, always aiming to exceed expectations
预测客户需求,并积极提供解决方案,时刻力求超越既有期望
• Builds confidence and trust within the client base in order to grow client advocacy
建立客户群的信心及信任,以增强客户拥护度
• Manages client expectation through ongoing dialogue to avoid surprises

• Understands client expectations and can interpret feedback and behaviors to get to the heart of what’s really going on

• Builds client partnerships up to the Senior Brand Manager level and their equivalents

• Can express the role of creativity to the client to allow time for the Design team to get to the best creative solution

• Constantly pushes for outstanding collaboration between departments to get to bigger, better work

• Thinks creatively about clients’ issues and the delivery of solutions

• Crafts concise, compelling insight based creative briefs

• Can spot, nurture and develop a great creative idea and articulate why it is right for the brand

Creative Delivery 创意交付
• Actively works with clients to improve their understanding of the jkr creative process, negotiating sufficient time, budget and information for jkr to deliver it’s best work

• Proactively looks for ways to drive efficiency through the jkr process
