任职要求
1.5年以上广告从业经验,至少2年数字互动广告AD任职经验;
2.丰富的创意指导经验和较强的创意能力,对行业触觉敏锐,思路清晰;
3.具备整合广告策略和创意能力,胜任数字互动.平面.视频的创意和执行指导工作;
4.良好的沟通能力,具备较强团队领导力及团队协作精神,能承受较强的工作压力;
5.专科或以上学历,广告创意相关专业。
1. At least 5 years of advertising experience, at least 2 years of ad experience in digital interactive advertising;
2. Rich creative guidance experience and strong creative ability, sharp sense of industry, clear thinking;
3. Have the ability to integrate advertising strategy and creativity, and be competent for the creative and executive guidance of digital interaction, print and video;
4. Good communication skills, strong team leadership and team spirit, able to work under pressure;
5. Junior college degree or above, major in advertising creativity.
