2、日常客户的维护及团队工作分配管理;

4、指导团队成员按计划进行日常社交平台的维护管理;
5、与团队成员共同合作完成制作月度报告,并提出相应的建议及下个月计划。
Job description:
1、Provide current and potential clients digital strategy including digital communication strategies and communication proposals on different platforms;
2、Maintain relationships with clients and distribute work in the team;
3、Create monthly plans, creative thinking, formulate communication content that involve online audience;
4、Instruct team members in maintaining and managing social media platforms according to plan;
5、Work with team members and complete monthly reports, propose suggestions accordingly and plans for the following month.
任职要求
1、大学本科学历,主修公共关系、市场营销、广告、传播等相关专业的优先;
2、拥有4-5年的数字营销、社交媒体、或公关关系的相关工作经验,有汽车/快消客户经验优先;
3、有社交媒体的工作经验,曾在微博,论坛从事相关工作,熟悉社交媒体产业与环境,包括社会媒体的趋势,主要的社交媒体平台,社交媒体语言,KOL等;
4、良好的书面和口头表达沟通能力;
5、具有良好的团队合作和多任务管理能力;
6、在快节奏的环境中能高效并且按时完成工作;
7、高度的自我激励能力,积极主动,能在压力下工作。
Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree, PR, marketing, communication related majors prioritized;
2、4-5 years of digital marketing, social media, or PR related experience, those with experience with FMCG clients prioritized;
3、Experience working with social media, worked with Weibo or other platforms, familiar with social media industry and environment, including trends in social media, main platforms, language on social media, KOL, etc.;
4、Those with experience in WeChat operations and management prioritized;
5、Good verbal and written communication skills;
6、Effectively and efficiently finish tasks at hand in a fast-paced environment;
7、Ability to encourage oneself, proactive, ability to work under stress.
