Client Management:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts (including workflow, quality control, budget control & invoicing)
- Coordinate and manage internal and external client meetings
Helps set client activation program goals and manage against them
Activation Management:
- Prepare detailed activation project briefs and debriefs for the strategy and creative teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines and presentations for clients and assist in pitches
- Ensure optimal project processes for the client and the agency, regarding both content and profitability
- Effectively manage internal resources against client and company objectives,budgets and KPIs
- Fosters relationships with third-party influencers and internal business partners.
- Elevates problems to superiors and solicits counsel when needed and appropriately.
- Provide project forecasting and invoicing to the Finance dept.
- Produce insightful reports on a regular basis for clients and report status to Senior management team
Team Management:
- Commission copy and content for AEs, Designers and Freelance support.
Coordinate and manage AEs, reviewing, approving and feeding back with constructive notes.
- Set and monitor KPIs for both BAU and campaigns; contributing to monthly reports with time allocated for strategic reflection
- Working with Directors to implement new ways of working that allow the - - Company to deliver quality work in a cost-efficient manner
- Coach and bring best practice in account service skills to the junior members of the Client Service team
Growth Hacking:
- Demonstrates tactical proficiency in media relations, including creating and driving outreach plans, message development, management of events, growth of contact network and effective pitching and training of team members
- Demonstrates practical and advanced understanding of digital communications, social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate into client activation programs.
- Understand, lead and/or manage account development and growth opportunities for upselling our services
- Responsible for the delivery of project KPIs and client objectives across China market
