1. 全权负责公司实习生端对端的招聘,包括职位发布,简历筛选,电话面试,与业务部门对接安排笔面试,实习生入离职安排;
2. 负责实习生每月考勤和薪资结算;
3. 人力资源数据库的更新与维护;
4. 协助supervisor进行社招简历的筛选;
5. Talent pool维护,建立人才画像;
6. 维护各类招聘平台,拓展招聘渠道;
7. line manager布置的其他任务。
任职要求
1. Fast learner, good at communication.
2. Major in HR or Management is preferred. 3. Previous HR internship experience (preferred but not necessary)
4. Excellent English (both written and oral) & Proficient computer skills.
5. 3-5 working days per week for no less than a three-month-period.
