对外:通过主动沟通及具创意的问题解决技巧,发展客户关系
Externally: To develop client relationships, through pro-active communication and creative problem solving
对内:跟内部团队紧密合作,集合合适人员组成项目团队,以达到最佳创意效果,并支持客户服务团队有效地管理项目
Internally: Collaborates with internal teams, bringing together the right people to get to the best creative output, while supporting the Client Services team in delivering effective project management

· 追踪和报告项目进展情况,并提交完善的会议记录
Tracks and reports project progress including excellent contact reports
· 与品牌经理及其他相关人员建立稳固的关系
Develops strong relationships with Brand Managers and their equivalents
· 了解客户的公司架构

· 充分理解jkr的設計理念,并能恰当地应用相关jkr案例,实践于项目中。
Understands the jkr design philosophy and can bring it to life with relevant jkr case studies
· 根据创意简报,在创意检阅过程中作出客观的反馈意见
Frames objective feedback in creative reviews against the brief
· 充分理解出色创意作品所需的制作時间
Demonstrates an understanding of the time it takes to get to great creative work

· 对jkr及客户的设计流程,需具清晰及充分的了解
Displays a clear understanding of jkr’s design process and the clients design process
