- Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.
- Pitch work internally and externally in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Work closely with relevant Departments to ensure effective communication and management of teams’ expectations.
- Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.
- Develop client relationships to support the delivery of the creative work.
任职要求
- An accomplished Art Director with 3+ years of experience in ATL field (4A Agency experience is preferred).
- Solid understanding of design principles and creative conceptualization skills.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Good written and oral English.
- An open-mind, ambitious nature, and integrity.
