RESPONSIBILITIES
>Recruitment 60%
- Rapid and effective recruitment task, work closely with HR Manager to manage the team and adjust recruitment planning.
- Define job descriptions according to recruitment planning.
- Be accountable for identifying and expanding job posting channels upon various requests.
- Settle the interview, schedule the time with candidates and department managers.
- Improve the interview assessment system to efficiently and accurately evaluate candidates.
- Dig the potential elite and available platform for recruitment.
>Employee management 15%
- support employee hire procedure follow the legal policy, support to manage compensation and welfare depend on the team structure burger plan.
- Employee onboard/offboard management.
- Always care of the relations between company and employees, discover and solve the problem timely with HR Manager.
>Compensation 15%
- Support HRM to execute KPI/KAI evaluation to track the employee’s job performance insure to improve the efficiency of our team.
- Monthly attendance, salary, and benefit management.
>Development 5%
- Support and coordinate with HRM and admin to implement team building activities.
- Support to implement company culture building programs.
- Support to develop and implement employee training and career development programs.
- Support to execute employee benefit plans.
>Administration 5%
- Maintain on working system for documents filing, procedures in order etc.

- 依据流程安排面试,与各部门经理及候选人妥善沟通面试时间及其他相关事宜
- 完善面试评估体系以高效、准确评估候选人
- 挖掘潜在精英,发掘可靠高效的招聘渠道
>员工关系管理 15%
- 遵照法律法规开展雇佣工作,支持人事经理依据团队架构预算管理员工的薪酬福利
- 管理完善员工入职、离职事宜
- 时刻关心公司与员工的劳动关系状况,发现并及时与人事经理沟通解决问题
>薪酬福利 15%
- KPI/KAI 评估执行, 确保使用 KPI/KAI 跟踪员工的工作绩效,确保提高团队效率
- 每月出勤率、工资及福利计算执行
>组织及人才发展 5%
- 配合支持发掘团队和员工潜力,执行团队建设,以提高团队凝聚力
- 公司文化培训执行,包括工作指南、员工手册等
>行政 5%
- 确保工作环境,并保证文档管理完整、准确、有序
任职要求
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· 3 Years HR experiences or above, focus on recruiting is preferred.
· English – Fluent Native or Native-both written and oral is preferred.
· With interview SOP, assessment system is preferred.
· Well organized, courageous, flexible but decisive, positive.
· A great team player with a great attitude, with the ability to communicate and effectively influence others.
· Ethics & Integrity – High degree of personal integrity in all business dealings
EDUCATION/TRAINING
· Bachelor’s degree or above.
· HR major or digital marketing and e-commerce experience is preferred.
· English can be used as work language
