Media.Monks is looking for HR Business Partner and Operation Manager who will be responsible for managing human resources activities in accordance with established corporate policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations. Cooperating with the payroll and Talent Discovery team, the HRBP & Operation Manager will play a key role in the HR team, he/she will be supporting a range of HR activities for Greater China employees, including but not limited to Labor regulation and employee relations topics, employee life cycle management, retention & engagement, performance review etc. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Employee Relations - Represent HR in the workplace; build partnerships between employees, HR and Managers. Ensure a positive joint working ethos is cascaded throughout the company. - Deliver day-to-day HR support for employees, including employee welfare, counselling, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes. - Lead discussions and owns the relationship with collective bargaining and information/consultation groups where applicable (e.g. works councils and culture club). - Follow policies and instructions set by the S4 Capital group and in close collaboration with Head of HR, North Asia to oversee activities regarding labour relations. Manage resolution of labour relations crises or any other ER cases, ensuring the necessary flow of information to all stakeholders. 2. Engagement & Retention - Responsible for arranging regular employee activities (outings, team-building etc,) as a subject of employee engagement. - Responsible for the facilitation of employee training both online and offline including workshops, webinars, and individual training sessions. - Collaborate with other HR team members in the region launching employee retention programs, for example, rewards, recognition, celebration, and talent development & career mentoring initiatives, ensuring global talent programs are well localized in the Greater China team. 3. HR Operations - Be the HR contact window towards Greater China employees and address HR-related issues on a daily basis. - Supports the managers in their internal communication and ensures communication flow concerning Lectra China’s objectives, values and strategy. - Responsible for the employee lifecycle process management, including onboarding training arrangement, probation review, labour contract renewal, off-boarding follow-up, and other position-changing management. - In charge of other HR operations e.g. foreign employee Visa application, leave management, Irregular working hours reporting, employee injury case handling, benefit-related question answer etc. - Other ad .hoc tasks will be assigned based on business needs. 4. Performance management - Undertake tasks around performance management including quarterly employee performance reviews, PIP, termination and relative topics. - Support the performance review cycle and make sure data is well recorded in the HR system. Partner with other HR team members in the region to SOP the performance evaluation process. - Assists managers and employees with day-to-day employment, performance and morale issues advising and counselling on HR management issues.
任职要求
1. Bachelor or master degree in human resource management, Business Administration or related subject required 2. 5+ years of experience as progressive experience in HR Management in a multinational, preferable with a focus on advertising business 3. Well-versed in employment and labour laws and regulations of mainland China. 4. Familiar with the Workday system. 5. High levels of adaptability and energy, with good written and oral communication skills in English 6. Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills. 7. High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries. 8. Interpersonal sensitivity, team player. 9. Capacity to handle a multitude of ongoing issues and an incisive mind to ensure the ability to focus on priorities. Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working.
