Maintain a firm grasp on animation driven design work to define interactions, hierarchies, and visual patterns. Ensuring user journeys and interactions are in harmony across all digital touchpoints. Help create and evolve the visual language of our client brands through design. For some projects, you set the style; for others, you help safeguard predefined styles. Utilize user-centric thinking and a strong aesthetic sensibility to drive creative challenges forward. Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key contributor of concepts and problem solving across multiple projects. Style proposals, approaches, decks and mockups to kickstart new projects and win pitches. You're a technically skilled designer with 3+ years of experience as a designer, crafting digital designs and advertising materials. As showcased in your portfolio, your Adobe, Figma and Sketch knowledge is well-versed. Working with clients and colleagues both locally and around the world, you also need to have strong communication & presentation skills, and client facing experience. You have experience with all stages of the design process, from conceptualizing branding styles to finalizing layouts and rolling out designs across formats and markets. You have a deep understanding of how to design for China’s fast paced, ever-changing digital landscape and a passion to keep up with the latest trends and developments. Chinese required - proficient English a huge plus.
