* Assess business challenges and review existing data and information to properly reframe marketing assignments.
* Effectively distill information down to key insights and integrate into the creative development process at appropriate times.
* Create strategic frameworks that benefit clients and help the Agency better understand and address marketing and communications issues and opportunities.
* Actively gather, share, and apply new learning to the creative process.
* Maintain productive and regular communication with Account Management and Creative Teams.
* Compile competitive reviews to assess and analyse market landscape.
* Develop creative briefs and briefing documents that inspire and properly direct creative works.
* Generate strategic presentations that sell the Agency's work.
* Clearly articulate a strategy in a confident and persuasive manner to clients
* Help to present creative work in a way that convinces clients of the strategic soundness.
任职要求
>2 years experience leading projects - write decks, present to clients and handle feedback independently
>1 year experience managing junior planners
>6 years total experience as a planner in creative agencies
Must be able to read and write in English
360 campaign planning experience is required
Social or digital planning experience is a big plus
Experience in car category is a huge plus
Excellent storytelling skills
Strong and clear POVs
Comfortable working with data and understanding the client's business needs
Learns quickly and enjoys facing new challenges
Enjoys working closely with creatives
Bilingual English and Chinese
