1. Effectively manage Creative Teams to produce original and usable concepts in response to creative briefs.
2. Persuasively pitch key creative concepts to clients and defend the rationale behind the the thinking.
3. Review, judge, and refine work produced by Creative Teams.
4. Develop client relationships to support delivery of creative works.
5. Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.
6. Manage junior creative output to ensure consistency and quality of final creative product.
7. Train, inspire, and develop teams to anticipate and reflect changing needs of TBWA\Group\China and clients.
8. Prioritize workload within the Team Ensure to ensure demands are managed to meet client and internal expectations.
任职要求
1. 8+ plus years of strong advertising experience.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Strong presentation and articulation skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Assertive personality with a "can-do" spirit.
5. Self-learner with a wide range of interests; curiosity and passion for life.
