CREATIVE OUTPUT
• Effectively manage Creative Teams to produce original and usable concepts in response to creative briefs.
• Persuasively pitch key creative concepts to clients and defend the rationale behind the thinking.
• Review, judge, and refine work produced by Creative Teams.
CLIENT EXPOSURE
• Develop client relationships to support delivery of creative works.
COLLABORATION
• Work in partnership with all relevant Departments to ensure effective communication and management of teams' expectations.
• Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
• Manage junior creative output to ensure consistency and quality of final creative product.
• Train, inspire, and develop teams to anticipate and reflect changing needs of TBWA\Group\China and clients.
• Prioritize workload within the Team Ensure to ensure demands are managed to meet client and internal expectations.
任职要求
• An accomplished Associate Creative Director with total of 6+ years of experience in ATL, BTL, and/or the digital field (4A Agency experience is preferred),
• Solid understanding of design principles and creative conceptualization skills,
• Successful track record of managing diverse teams and proven leadership skills,
• Very good communication and presentation skills,
• Excellent written and oral English.
