We expect you: • 4+ years relevant working experience in digital marketing or social media marketing agency or in-house • Skills in strategically planning for pitch and campaign with time management • Digital and social enthusiast, in-depth knowledge and understanding of Chinese social media platform, tools, context, consumers • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients at the most senior levels, budget control • In-depth knowledge and connection with new media and KOL • Excellent communication skill in managing clients, media & KOL and 3rd parties • Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Luxury or Lifestyle industry • Fluent in written and spoken in English • Proven leadership abilities in managing a team of 4 or more people • Strong knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs • Positive attitude, passionate, solution oriented, willingness to learn, to work as a team, to demonstrate the leadership 我们期待你： • 拥有4年及以上社交媒体运营及管理相关工作经验； • 有项目比稿和整合营销策略方案经验，并有一定的项目时间掌控能力； • 数字营销和社交媒体重度爱好者，对中国社交媒体平台、工具、背景、消费者有深入的理解； • 发展和培养与高层客户的关系，预算控制； • 对媒体、新媒体和KOL有深入的了解和联系； • 优秀的客户、媒体、KOL和第三方管理沟通技巧; • 在时尚、美容、奢侈品或生活方式领域有丰富的经验； • 良好的中英双语书写及口头表达能力； • 具备管理4人及以上规模团队的领导力经验； • 熟练操作MS Office办公软件； • 积极的工作态度，对行业充满热情，问题解决导向，乐于学习新事物，良好的团队意识和领导力展现。
