(Senior) Account Director (高级)客户总监 (Social & Digital)

We are looking for a (Senior) Account Director, Head of Digital to join our dynamic team and working environment. We expect you: • 8+ years relevant working experience in digital marketing or social media marketing agency or in-house • Play a senior role in leading and championing strategical thinking for clients, solid skills in planning for pitch and campaign • Digital and social enthusiast, advanced knowledge and understanding of Chinese social media platform, tools, context, consumers, eCommerce • In-depth knowledge and connection with social media and KOL • Excellent communication skill in managing clients, KOL and 3rd parties • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients at the most senior levels, excellent skill in project management, decision making, timeline follow up & budget control • Demonstrate leadership abilities in managing a team of 6 or more people, plus a team player attitude in highly effective and collaborative environments • Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Luxury or Lifestyle industry • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs • Positive attitude, passionate, solution oriented, eagerness to learn and ambition to grow professionally
