Pitching and winning new clients and projects for Chinese brands going global, specifically on the global social ecosystem (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc)
Nurture and maintain positive client relationships - be their partner in crime on how to deliver projects efficiently, advisor on strategic clients’ marketing problems, ways of working and scoping
Overall leadership of clients on a day to day
Responsible for leading and managing key projects, ensuring creative/output excellence, including opportunities for profitability
Anticipate potential operational and efficiency issues and challenges
Understands clients’ & agency’s commercial challenges and develop corresponding solutions, together with senior agency leaders
Establish clear delivery objectives and KPIs for every project/campaign
Ensure right-sourcing within teams + management of team workload
Shape and drive workflow efficiencies and profitability of the business
Foresee and solve operational problems and profitability challenges for the agency and clients
Working closely with our outbound strategy and creative teams to develop integrated and social campaigns, influencer collabs, content plans and activations.
Collaborating with teams from across the globe, from any of our 52 offices worldwide, you provide guidance, local insights, cultural sensitivity and are able to sell global creative work to China-based clients
Working cross-function and cross-market with stakeholders across time zones
Working on multiple projects at once, you go above and beyond on each brief
任职要求
8+ years in a similar role working within an integrated/social/creative agency environment focused on global/outbound work
You have successfully played a role in pitching for new projects with a proven pitch win rate
Able to craft creative briefs and provide clear, persuasive briefings to creative teams and remain an active contributor throughout the creative development process
Has extensive experience in utilizing global social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc) for brands
Has excellent presentation skills and presentation development skills
Knows how to navigate complex client stakeholder environments
Is able to concurrently lead and grow multiple clients
As part of a global company operating as one team across time zones, you need to be able to successfully direct work at a distance. Ability to effectively work cross-function, cross-market and with global stakeholders.
You are an effective communicator and culture bridge between Chinese brands / clients and global teams / stakeholders.
Fully bi-lingual in English and Chinese
