Responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of search, social, display, video, mobile advertising campaigns for enterprise level clients in Chinese media platforms.
Providing market-entry plans for small-mid enterprises and adopting the China media ecosystem.
Analyzing data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns.
Develop initiatives and tactics designed to drive incremental spend within the client patch and the wider team.
Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
Development of campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.
Supporting the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.
Managing strategic initiatives to improve the business processes and operations as Media.Monks continues to grow at a rapid pace.
任职要求
What you bring to it:
Successful candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience in Chinese platforms.
Previous experience managing campaigns, specifically, setting up, optimizing & reporting on a DSP
Strong data analysis abilities, attention to detail & verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred skills in Baidu, Tencent Wechat, Sina Weibo, RED, Bilibili, Douyin (Inbound), or experiences in Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok(Outbound) but keen on learning the Chinese media ecosystems.
Excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.
