You will be collaborating with creatives, copywriters, designers, animators, developers as well as with PMs, operations managers and a lot more talented Monks from all over the world.
Your copywriting is always clear and compelling and rooted in local insights that delight and attract consumers.
You’ll use data-driven insights to help personalize content across the entire customer journeys—from awareness campaigns to e-commerce copy.Create integrated and social campaign concepts and decks.
You are capable of creating decks that help sell your ideas and are as beautifully crafted as your copy.
In short, you ensure that everything makes sense, is correct, consistent and meets client objectives through craft and creative excellence—and envy-worthy thinking and writing.
You’ll create not just what the client asked for but what their campaign needs, always questioning and testing the limits of the brief and leveraging the skills and creativity of the wider monk community.
You're confident in both articulating your ideas internally, putting together famous deck stories and presenting / selling-in your concepts to clients with high energy and passion.
You're hands-on, can own the creative development, give support and guidance to the rest of the team with your vision, and are confident in getting it done within the given time frame.
You have a deep love of storytelling that pushes creative boundaries and are someone who brings broad, experience across the full spectrum of digital channels.
You have a switched-on, positive, proactive and problem solving mindset, happy to respond to curveballs, challenges and explore multiple solutions.
You’re are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, platforms and trends that are constantly evolving across China’s digital landscape.
As well as being a skilled and open collaborator, you can work independently, pulling together ideas and presentations that flow and inspire others.
